1. Can I pre-order if an item is out of stock?

Absolutely! Please email dahliadreams@shaw.ca with your request and I will respond within 2 business days with an estimate of when your pre-order can be filled and delivered or shipped. Typically this will take 1 week.

2. How do I care for the dog Bandanas?

Dog bandanas should be washed with like colours on a gentle cycle and laid flat to dry. Also, the bandanas are meant to be worn, if your dog plays with the bandana his/her teeth will probably tear the fabric or bite off the embellishments.

3. How do I clean a Tooth Fairy Pillow?

You CANNOT wash this item in a washing machine. If the pillow is dirty, gently spot-clean clean with a damp cloth.
